Young woman Kerry Michelle (Daryl Hannah) is driving to Salmo, Maine, to start a new life. The road passed a gas station, although the station staff issued a warning, but Kerry still followed the established Highway 17. Soon she came near a forest and suddenly found a scarred and exhausted woman coming out of the bushes. Kerry rescues the woman named Amy Singh (Leah Gibson), while Amy tells Kerry about her horror. It turned out that Amy, together with her college classmates, came here for an environmental inspection and happened to see them discover an ancient tomb, which opened the prelude to horror. Kerry learned from this story that all the horrors are not over yet.
