After a failed marriage with her ex-husband Robert (Jarreth J. Merz), Sophia (Harriet MacMasters-Green), who teaches in college, moves into a new apartment with her daughter Helena (Sabrina Jolie Perez). That morning, one of Helena's teeth was loose, and Sophia told her daughter the legend of the tooth fairy as her parents and grandparents did. Unexpectedly, the disaster came suddenly in the morning without warning, when Sophia's car accidentally crashed into the river, and her daughter lost her loose tooth in the accident. This incident marked a turning point in the lives of mother and daughter, and although they were lucky to survive, something quietly changed. Helena seems to believe in the existence of the tooth fairy. She often draws the scary figure of the tooth fairy on it, and even spends money to buy baby teeth from other students. Sophia was deeply worried about her daughter's change. she did not know that at the moment they were heading towards an abyss of terror, cold and irreparable.
