This film is based on Kevin Lewis's original work "The Kid Moves On". The book describes the author's impressive true story of how a boy strives to rise from the hardships of life. Although the author Kevin Lewis came from a violent mother and alcoholic father and had to be ridiculed by his classmates when he went to school, Kevin tried to understand the value of his life. In the past, Kevin was often beaten and scolded by his parents and excluded by teachers and classmates at school. In spite of his efforts for progress, his life gradually got out of control. At the age of 17, he could no longer live a normal life when his family and school could not adapt. In fact, Kevin wanted to change his life, but the disappointment and betrayal in his life made him despair. It was not until he met the true love in life that he really experienced the meaning of life. The film adaptation of this book will be made by Rupert Friend, William Miller, Augustus P.
