In 2013, the earth was barren. After a devastating war, the civilization that the world was originally established was completely lost. Human beings lived in exile on this scorched soil, and died worse than death under famine and violence. A terrorist organization called Holnest, which has rapidly expanded with its violent suppression of residents, is huge. The organization's ruler, General Bethlehem (Will Patton), even wants to rule the world. An unnamed homeless man (Kevin Costner) is forcibly joined the organization after his arrest. Finally, he seized the only opportunity he had and successfully escaped. In an abandoned jeep, he found the skeleton of a skeleton.
