Elizabeth (Tiffany Shepis) is an excellent biologist, and invited by Dr. Walton (Eddard Lauter Ed Lauter), Elizabeth joins a research group called Prometheus, which is working to develop a stem cell regenerative serum that can treat terminal diseases. Elizabeth's mother is dying of an incurable disease. Elizabeth works hard on the serum in the hope that it can be used on her mother one day. This is a secret research group whose research plan must not be leaked. To prevent leaks, Elizabeth and other researchers were sent to a completely closed laboratory. Over time, when the team members began to try to conduct human experiments on human corpses, the whole lab went crazy.
