The biological evolutionary chemist Dr. Margo (Penelope Amele) and Detective Vincent (Tom Sezmo) encounter a series of creepy plots in the Museum of Natural History where Margo works. The museum is preparing an exhibition of antiquities from historic sites in South America. Curator Ankasper (Linda Hunter) designed a variety of amazing exhibition halls for the grand exhibition. including the Brazilian "Casoga" area, the Egyptian ancient cemetery area, the voodoo exhibition room and the superstition legend exhibition area, in order to attract attention from all walks of life and continue the fate of the museum in the fundraising opening reception. The opening reception is just around the corner, but the murder in the museum has not been solved, and the police further found that the victims were all with a broken head and a 5.5-foot hole in the head. the brains that manage hormones, such as the thalamus and pituitary gland, disappear into thin air! This coincides with Dr. Margo's accidental acquisition of the egg molecule DNA on a monument. Margo, who was originally convinced of science and rejected superstition, had to turn to mentor Professor Flock (James Whitmore) to explore his often-admired legends of "Kasoga".
