After the Gulf War, the United States was attacked by an explosion of Hubal buildings during a watch operation in the south of Iraq in 1992, and the US military kidnapped the leader of the suspected organization to the United States for secret investigation. FBI agent Anthony Hubbard (Denzel Washington Denzel Washington) and Arabic partner Frank (Tony Shalhoub TonyShalhoub) are responsible for investigating the mysterious "release" message received during the New York bus suicide bomb attack.
