Charles, a taxi driver, was assigned to take Madeleine, a 90-year-old woman, to a nursing home on the other side of Paris. Director Christian Carrion is well known to moviegoers for his "Merry Christmas" shortlist for Best Foreign language Film at the Academy Award. The new film, co-starred by famous French comedian Danny Bourne (Welcome to the North) and the 95-year-old French amphibious star Lena Renault, takes a taxi as an introduction to lead the audience through the beautiful streets of Paris, colliding with the very different life trajectories of the two ages, and experiencing the common hardships and the beauty that accompanies them.
