After the Vietnam War, the U.S. government launched a top-secret science program. Scientists frozen the bodies of soldiers who died in the Vietnam War, implanted computer chips, entered war programs, and transformed them into a new generation of war robots-"space warriors". These robots have no emotions and previous memories, only cold weapons of killing. Soldier Luke (Jean-Claude Van Damme) and squad leader Andrew (Dolph Lundgren) are two of them sent to fight in a new war. During the war, their chips suddenly went wrong, allowing both of them to regain their previous memories. Luke remembers that during the Vietnam War, it was Andrew who suddenly changed his temperament and killed all his subordinates and prisoners. Robles (Ally Walker), a female journalist who accidentally broke into the US military base, accidentally learned the secret of the US military. Robles was doomed to die, but Luke rescued her at the critical moment. So, the US military sent all its space soldiers to hunt down the two.
