On July 21, 2011, 650 young people were attending a summer camp on the island. They had just heard the shocking news that a government building in Oslo had been blown up by a heavily armed right-wing militant. Then the militants came to Utoya. The film will follow a little girl named Kaja, who struggles for a suffocating 72 minutes after hearing the first gunshot from a radical. The film is based on real events, and the Ute Island tragedy is the world's worst single crime shooting since World War II.
