Vellerian (Dane DeHaan) and Loreeline (Cara Delevingne) are chosen to be the guardians of Alpha, the two security department executives appointed to intercept transactions in a rare item. This rare item has a mysterious connection to a rare group that should have disappeared decades ago. Then they arrive at Alpha City, the giant city of thousands of stars, when their commander Arun Filitt (Cliff Owen) is kidnapped at the command center, and the pair begin to realize the unusual value of the items in their hands.
