Andre Chatlin is the owner of a restaurant on the street in central Paris. One morning, a girl named Catherine asked to see him. She happens to be the daughter of Gabriel, Andre's estranged wife, who left more than 20 years ago. Since Gabriel had just died, Andre accepted to take care of Catherine, then give her a job in his restaurant and finally get married. But this young lady with an angel face is likely to be a demon in disguise. This is the work directed by Julian Duvier after "my Youth Marianne". He is afraid of his life in order to survive and still paints it sharply to this day. The original story is co-written by Chardra, an actor and writer used by Duvier in our Partners, and Maurice Bessie, who is famous as a film critic. Duvier and Della are played and spoken by P A Blair. The shoot is Armantelal in between the Sky and the Sea. Actors include Jean Gawan in "make his face", Daniel Delome in "bet", Jailall Bran in "God needs Man", Lucian Nubogal in "lovely Caroline" and Germenukell in "lovely Caroline".
