Rich hotel tycoon Ted (Cameron Daddo) died in an accident during a car race. Detective David W. LeBlanc) suspects that this is not an accident, but a carefully planned conspiracy. The real murderer hidden behind him is probably Carson (Ashley Parker Angel), who has always held a grudge against Ted. However, Frank, who has a malicious intention, soon succumbs to Carson's bribery.
