London Life production company Two Brothers has teamed up with ITV and Spectrum to create a six-episode Hitchcock psychological thriller "bleak Angela Angela Black". Harry Williams and Jack Williams, the founders of Two Brothers, are in charge of the script, while Craig Viveiros, the director of No one survives, directs it. The hostess Angela Black (Joanne Froggatt), a seemingly happy London suburban housewife, and her husband Olivier (Michiel Huisman) are charming and hard-working. But under the illusion of all this, Angela is a victim of domestic violence, trapped in a relationship from which he cannot escape. A private investigator, Ed (Samuel Adewunmi), suddenly found Angela and revealed Olivier's darkest secrets to her. Angela was shocked by the terrible truth about her husband. Can she really trust Ed? She can firmly believe in leaving her present life.
