The 21st precinct of the Chicago Police Department is divided into two parts, including the direct anti-crime unit and the intelligence unit responsible for investigating criminal gangs in the city. Hank (Jason Becky Jason Beghe) is the leader of the intelligence unit. He is jealous of evil and regards the fight against crime as his bounden priority. Under his wise and decisive decision, many ferocious criminals are arrested one by one. Antonio (Jon Sedda Jon Seda) is one of Hank's staff, and although he has had an unhappy history with Hank, he still regards it as an honor to work under Hank. The same is true of other members of the action team, and it is their dream to be a member of the intelligence team. However, the work of the intelligence unit was not easy. When I joined the intelligence unit, I thought it was going to be a direct confrontation with the most evil and ferocious criminals in Chicago.
