Rob Williams, the screenwriter of "the victim" and "Kill Eve", was inspired by his experience as a social worker in a number of prisons. This play will show the real scary and dark humorous life of the prison guards in the British men's prison in the 21st century. At the center of the story is Leigh, the leader of the struggling prison guards, a woman who devoted her adult life to the prison and its troubled prisoners. Despite the overcrowding of the region he is in charge of, the disaster caused by dilapidated bureaucracy and short-sightedness, what Leigh does for these prisoners is far from his duty. But Leigh also has its own secrets and a history, and once discovered, the price may be much more than losing your job. The new young prison guard Rose has her own purpose. Will she let Leigh go down with her big mouth, or is she an unexpected savior?
