The "# Stargate # Stargate" series has been shut down since "Stargate: the Universe Stargate Universe" was cut, but MGM has announced that they will shoot 10 episodes of the online drama "Stargate: the Origin of Stargate Origins," featuring Catherine Langford. (this year is also the 20th anniversary of Stargate SG-1 Stargate SG-1.) Stargate: the Origin, written by Mark Ilvedson and Justin Michael Terry and directed by Mercedes Bryce Morgan, tells the early story between Catherine Langford and Stargate in a whole new space; the young Catherine unveils the Stargate in an unexpected adventure while saving the planet from the dark forces.
