This is a supernatural youth drama about a young woman hired by a top-secret government organization to participate in a supernatural study. They will "spy" on the brains of people who recently died, using their memories to investigate suspense murders and unravel secrets that, if they don't, will have to follow the dead to the grave. Emma Ishta plays the heroine Kirsten Clark, smart but not sociable, suffering from a rare disease. She has no emotion, nor can she feel the "passage of time". She is a computer expert with extraordinary hacking skills. She could have got an advanced degree in computer science. But she ran into trouble by disclosing her roommate's affair with her tutoring professor. The U. S. government took a fancy to her unique skills and chose her to participate in a top-secret government research program.
