Steve Coogan of "greed" and "rare Happiness" confirmed his role in BBC1's drama The Reckoning, challenging a controversial "ugly" story. The project has been questioned since October 2020 when it was confirmed for development, but now the show is still on track as the casting starring Steve confirms. The show focuses on the story of Jimmy Savile, a television celebrity who has enjoyed many achievements and won the Medal of the British Empire as a first-generation record jockey and veteran music show host, but after his death in 2011 at the age of 84, a 2012 documentary investigation revealed an even uglier truth: he began to engage in inappropriate contact with minors since the 1960s. BBC's acquiescence and poor business culture at the time made him even more unscrupulous, reaching out to more young women, even 75-year-old mental disorders, and more than 450people complained and reported his behavior. A survey in 2016 showed that there were 11 victims or even years old.
