This is the second episode of Beverly Hills Super Detective. Esso (Eddie Murphy) honestly returns to Detroit to become his criminal police officer after solving the case in the previous episode. After returning to Detroit, he suddenly feels bored. As a result, Esso would go fishing every week with his good friend and partner while working in Los Angeles, Los Angeles Police Department Chief Bogmir (Ronny Cox). However, this week Bogmir temporarily canceled his fishing activities with Esso. Afterwards, Esso learned that Bogmir was involved in the investigation of a complex and dangerous case. Bogmill was unfortunately injured by a criminal shooting during the investigation and is now living in hospital. How could Aisol, who has always been loyal and hated evil, endure it? So he immediately came to Los Angeles to date his best partner Billy (played by Zude Reinhold) to show his skills to avenge his friend.
