The film is adapted from the true story of Francesca Cabrini (Christiana Delana Cristiana Dell'Anna) fighting for equality and happiness. At the end of the 18th century, when the Italian nun Cabrini arrived in New York, she found that the local alien ethnic groups were subjected to government persecution, church indifference and social prejudice. Cabrini therefore decided to devote himself to helping these vulnerable ethnic groups, vowing to make everyone full of hope. Cabrini confronted not only the local government and the order, but also the discrimination of the upper class. In the face of all kinds of arduous challenges, she was never discouraged, and with courage and tenacity to overcome difficulties again and again to change the world.
