The story takes place in Spain in 1180, when Spain was not unified, but divided into three small countries that did not interfere in each other's national affairs. Luligo (Charlton Heston Charlton Heston) is hated by the king for secretly releasing the Moorish chief ordered by King Castile to be executed. In an accident, Lu Li GE accidentally killed the father of fiancee Jimina (Sophia Loren Sophia Loren), leading to a breakdown of their relationship. Soon after, Lu Lige's country was invaded by other countries. Lu Lige rose up to protect the territorial integrity of his motherland and finally repelled the enemy.
