The film is a three-stage film themed (love and sex) co-directed by three directors: Michelangelo Antonioni ("Dangerous Critical Point"), Steven Soderbergh ("Balance") and Wong Kar-wai ("Hands"). Advertiser Nick Penrose (Robert Downey) is always troubled by sexual dreams and has to turn to his psychiatrist Pearl (Alan Akin) for help.
