Thomas Fang (played by Malay Jean Marais) sneaks into the home of Sir Lachary (Jean-Rochelle Cossimon Jean-Roger Caussimon) and sends a notice to a bunch of millionaires gathering there. Thomas Fang claims that if he can't pay him a huge "survival tax" before the scheduled date, he will kill the millionaires one by one. In desperation, Sir Lachary had to call the police. Reporter Fangduo (Jean Malay Jean Marais) and Sheriff Rafe (Louis Fines Louis de Fun è s) are old rivals of Fang Thomas, who have always wanted to arrest him, but have been teased by him repeatedly. The sheriff and his party came to Sir Lachary's house, but the murder scene that only the sheriff could see made everyone begin to doubt whether the sheriff's mind was normal, and it was all a plot planned by Thomas Fang.
