Veteran Rambo (Sylvester Stallone) returns from Vietnam. He returns to the seemingly unfamiliar town of origin. The local police chief (Brian Dennehy) begins to find fault with Rambo at the first sight of the veteran, and even takes him back to the police station to insult him wantonly. Rambo, who could not bear the beating, then runs away. The sheriff summoned a large number of police officers to pursue Rambo. Rambo fled into the barren mountains and forests and continued to counterattack the police with the guerrilla tactics he had mastered in the Vietnam War. He robbed a weapons carrier and returned to the town and burned down the store. Neither the law nor weapons could stop Rambo. Rambo's commander in Vietnam, Colonel (played by Richard Crenna), appears and persuades Rambo to put down his gun. Rambo, who has been angry for a long time, roared out his confusion and unwillingness...
