On an isolated island outside Montreal, there is an apartment complex called Starliner, which is an extremely modern and ideal residence, but in this heavenly building, a middle-aged scientist named Hobbes is beating a young female student unconscious with extreme brutality, then opens up the student, destroys his internal organs with concentrated hydrochloric acid, and then kills himself. One by one, the people in the building were infected by this parasite that looks like female genitals, turned into bloodthirsty walking corpses, and then went crazy. Soon, they stepped out of Starliner and went outside in search of new prey.
