This film tells the story of Bara Thackeray, founder of Shiva Sheng Jun Party (a nationalist political party in India). It is about Barra Thackeray, who was the editor of the newspaper caricature, resigned because of political pressure and founded the satirical weekly from the Heart. Then the Shiva Shenjun Party was founded. The party's purpose is based on the concept of "son of the Land" and Hindu nationalism. Shiva's belief, the son of the Land, holds that the Maharashtra should have more rights in this state than outsiders.
