"Haoyong Seven Jiaolong / Seven chivalrous Warriors Kou Zhi" is inspired by Akira Kurosawa's famous "Seven Samurai" (Seven Samurai). The story is about a small village in Mexico that could not bear the invasion of robbers, so he paid to hire seven skilled gunmen from the United States to fight the robbers. The new version of the script "heroic Seven Dragons / Seven chivalrous Warriors Kou Zhi" was successively written by Nick Pizoleto (Nic Pizzolatto) and John Lee Hancock (John Lee Hancock). The story is set at the end of the Great Development of the West after the end of the American Civil War.
