"Malvenko" is based on the 2010 documentary of the same name and tells the true story of Mark Hogancamp. After being beaten by five teenagers, the man fell into a nine-day coma. When he woke up, he lost his memory and couldn't remember anything about his life, friends and family. As a special treatment, Mark Hogancamp began to create a small Belgian town during World War II using a 1:6 model doll in his backyard, which he called "Marwencol". He used dolls to represent himself, his friends and those who beat him. "Marvin Cole" repaired Mark Hogancamp's mind to a certain extent, and also allowed him to create a fantasy world. The world has also been seen by more people through the documentary released by Jeff Malmberg in 2010.
