Cucumber star Henry, 47, works for an insurance company and lives in the suburbs with his partner Lance, moist and comfortable. But after a disastrous date night-a mix of death, a threesome and two police cars-Henry's old life fell apart, a new one came, and the story of life seemed to be just beginning. Banana star Leddy and Dean, who are less than half Henry's age, also jump in and out of Cucumber, intersecting with their lives, but have independent storylines that represent the city's young gay community.
