The story takes place in a kingdom called Mahishimedi, where a fierce battle for the throne is unfolding in full swing between Bahobali (Parabas Prabhas) and Bahararadwa (Rana Daggubati). Bahobali was upright and brave, and firmly believed that he would win the throne with his true strength. On the contrary, Bahararadwa was willing to do whatever it took to get what he wanted. In the end, Bahobali, who represented justice, became king. However, Bahararadwa carried out assassination operations and attempted to usurp power. Bahobali's son wandered among the people and was adopted by a kind family and named him Shiva (Parabas Prabhas). After becoming an adult, Khiva learned of his own life and that the royal blood flowed in his veins. He decided to overthrow the ruler's tyranny and regain his throne.
