John Harmon used to be a CIA / DEA agent. One day, Baker of the Drug Enforcement Administration approached John and told him that Abdullah, an al-Qaida terrorist on the peninsula, was arrested on the Mexican border. At the Istanbul hotel, Jose Rivera met with the second-in-command of Hezbollah, Ayang Mujahed, and Mujahed prepared Rivera to send terrorist Abdul Rauf to the United States.
