Four baby turtles and a baby mouse mutate into giant humanoid creatures after coming into contact with a gel containing radioactive material in a New York City sewer. The irascible, impulsive but passionate Raphael (Josh Pais), the humorous Michelangelo (Michelan Sisti), the calm Donatello (Leif Tilden) and their leader Leonardo da Vinci (David Forman), these four high-powered ninja turtles shoulder the sacred mission of eliminating violence and sanctioning good in New York City. They were extremely brave and matched in what they wanted. After many acts of chivalry and righteousness, they formed a grudge with a mysterious organization in the city. The mysterious organization launched a raid. Due to their outnumbered numbers, the Teenage Ninja Turtles were seriously injured. At the same time, their teacher was also captured by the mysterious organization.
