Superman, originally an ordinary beagle serving in the police force, was dismissed because of a serious mistake in the performance of his mission. A beagle living on the street is caught at an animal research institute, where the evil Dr. Simon (Peter Dingkraj) is experimenting with stray dogs in the hope of creating a Superman dog. The beagle wreaked havoc in the lab and became a superdog by mistake and escaped. A security guard at the institute met Superman Dog after work and took him home, hoping to improve his relationship with his son. At home, Superman finds himself not only powerful and fast, but also able to talk and fly. Encouraged by the son of the security guard, the superdog decided to serve the community with its own power. at the same time, the evil Dr. Simon was figuring out how to take back the superdog and planning a sinister plot.
