On a sunny day, the beautiful young girl Joana Raven (Johanna Gustavsson) jogs alone, only to be attacked by a crazy man in overalls and dust masks. After a futile resistance, Joana was finally drilled to his head by an electric drill. Soon after, her body was found by the police and sent to the medical examiner's office for investigation. However, the girl, who had been dead for a long time, was resurrected and returned home alone. Joana's father Merton (Morten Ruda) did not know what had happened to his daughter today and was not shocked until he saw how horrible Joana's face was. In the following days, similar drill cases continued to occur, and without exception, the victims were all turned around, but they had become unconscious living dead. Merton refused to let her daughter receive treatment, but began to embark on the road to find the killer alone.
