The years of youth are colorful and melancholy, while the adult world is full of loss and helplessness. Parr (Rolf Sohlman), a 15-year-old boy, usually helps in his father's car repair shop (Bertil Norstr ö m) and occasionally visits his lonely grandfather who lives in a nursing home with his family. Girl Annika (Ann-Sofie Kylin) has an arrogant father (Bertil Norstr ö m) who always fails to sell refrigerators, and a beautiful aunt who is too tall to be a stewardess (Anita Lindblom). The frustration of these adults far exceeds their life gains. On the contrary, Parr and Annika, who are in adolescence, are restless and unrestrained. The two children met at an open-air party in the nursing home and slowly came together. Parr was beaten by the older child and pretended to ignore Annika, but the fireworks of youth could be extinguished. They finally got back together and tasted the youth and sweetness brought by the childish fruit of love. The film was nominated for the Golden Bear Award at the Berlin Film Festival and was nominated for the International Review Award, UNICRIT Award, IWG G.
