In 1941, there was a fierce battle between the British and German armies in North Africa, and the British troops retreated one after another. Corporal Blanbaugh (Franchot Tone) is left behind by a tank and stumbles into the Queen Hotel of the Egyptian Farad, where the German-Italian coalition command is stationed almost at the same time.
