Fox, who was originally the drummer of the band, came to teach in the juvenile prison. Together with another prison school teacher, Elizabeth Berger, he tried to tap the innocent potential of children through music and painting. During this period, the introverted teenage Samilla was held incommunicado for acts of violence.
