The film tells the story of a career criminal (Mel Gibson Mel Gibson) who is arrested by Mexican police and sent to a prison full of drugs and crime. With the help of a 9-year-old boy, he learns how to survive in such a prison. The film was filmed by Mel Gibson and Apocalypto's crew at Ig Allende Prison in Mexico. Mel Gibson will not direct the film himself, but will be directed by Ad rian Grunberg, the first assistant director of Apocalypse. But Gibson wrote the script for the film himself, and he will star in it himself.
