In this episode, Shenyong detective Chen Jiaju (Jackie Chan) will go to the mainland to break into the international arms and drug smuggling syndicate as a prisoner. With the help of mainland beauty public security officer Yang Jianhua (Yeoh Ziqiong), Jiaju smoothly approached Baoqiang (Yuanhua), a member of the group who is serving a sentence.
