Vic is an unlucky young Russian-American who lives with his grandmother in Milwaukee and works as a limousine for the disabled. One day, when a street struggle broke out, Vic, who had been late, reluctantly agreed to drive his grandfather and a group of Russian men to a funeral, but they were unwilling to let Vic pass through the African-American community to pick up Tracy, a black girl with muscular dystrophy. Facing the crisis of losing his job, the complexity of the situation has made Vic's day even worse.
