Middle-aged man Frank (Joel Murray Joel Murray) is deeply numb to the noisy world, his life is like a pool of stagnant water, muddling through every day. He is humiliated by the harassment of selfish neighbors, helpless for his ex-wife's remarriage and his daughter's rebellion, and disgusted with shameless TV Reality Show players. Frank was finally defeated by the fact that he was diagnosed with a brain tumor and lost his job. Just as he tried to end his life with suicide, the insatiable talent girl in the reality show aroused his long-hidden hatred, and he decided to let justice be done in his own way. So Frank goes out and kills Chloe, the girl next door he thinks he deserves to die, which is witnessed by another girl, Roxie (Tara Linnaebar Tara Lynne Barr). Roxie also hated a society full of ills, and she took the initiative to participate in Frank's plan. The two men took to the street with guns and played the game with great fanfare, which became the focus of news tracking.
