Greta (Hilary Duff Hilary Duff), a 17-year-old high school girl, has a broken family, and her early divorced mother now has a new husband, but in order to please this hard-won patron, her mother turns a deaf ear to Greta's complaints and grievances. The unhappy life made Greta think of suicide, and after her mother sent her to her grandmother's home in New Jersey, her death plan was put on the agenda, and a list of things that must be done before death came into being. On the way to death with generosity, Greta encounters unexpected love, but the power of love is not enough to save a girl's life without hope. Finally, Greta, with an anchor tied to her ankle, jumps into the sea. This unsuccessful death awakened Greta and made her begin to understand what is worth cherishing in life. A broken heart and a broken family are gradually being saved.
