The film tells the story of the lives of Meggie (John Lloyd Cruz) and Ledda (Sarah Geronimo) after they broke up after the second film incident. Meggie now has a relationship with Bailey (Isabel Daza), while Ledda is now a more ferocious woman after living in the United States.
