The story takes place in 1921. Marguerite (Catherine Flo) is a woman who loves music but sings out of tune. She owns a large castle near Paris and has a small audience listening to her singing in the castle. But these hypocritical audiences secretly laugh at her behind her back. A young reporter wrote an article about her performance. Marguerite was convinced of her musical talent and wanted to do a public performance. Based on the story of American soprano Florence Foster Jenkins, she became famous in the 1930s and 1940s because of her poor singing skills.
