1983, Manhattan, New York. Retired soldier Hector Nayron (Raz Alonso Laz Alonso) works in a post office. One day he suddenly pulled out a gun and killed a strange customer, and then the police found a sculpture of the peach blossom goddess in his home. The cold winter of 1944, Tuscany, Italy. Four black soldiers from the 92nd Division of the United States, Aubrey Stamps (Derek Luke Derek Luke), Posh Pocummins (Michael Eray Michael Ealy), Sam Trane (O'Mabenson Miller Omar Benson Miller) and Hector, are surrounded in a local village called Santa Ana in order to rescue an Italian boy Angelo, who is unfortunately separated from the army. In this lingual Italian village, local villagers were at first on guard against hostility. But as the fighting progressed, they were gradually welcomed and respected by the villagers. Across races, classes and countries, they have created a great miracle praised by the world with bravery and belief. This film is adapted from the novel and takes place in Tuscany, Italy during World War II.
