Shunzheng (Takano Neifeng) is a picture restorer who lives in Italy with his lover Yami (Yasuko Shinahara), but he often has an inexplicable sense of emptiness. One of his girlfriends Aoi (Kelly Chen) ten years ago is a Chinese student who met Shunzheng when she was a student in Japan. They separated because of a misunderstanding, and they are still obsessed with each other. Shun is in the street where people come and go to see the figure of Aoi, Shunzheng found that only Aoi can make up for the emptiness he has always had. Shunzheng decided to go to Milan to look for Aoi, and only there did he know that Aoi was already the girlfriend of an industrialist Ma Wen (Wang Minde).
