In the first decade of the 21st century, the human world still failed to achieve the peace and tranquillity commensurate with the so-called highly developed civilization, and super-capable criminals continued to escape from prison and create disasters; and the people suffered as a result of international tensions between Bialya and Pogolestan. Although Superman (George Newborn George Newbern) continues to fight against all kinds of powerful and evil opponents, he has been questioned and criticized because of his principle of not paying attention. By chance, he found a group of super-capable warriors made up of several young people-the extreme British League. With its strong strength and distinct personality, the extremely British League will soon become a new generation of justice heroes sought after by the people. Soon after, Superman and Ji Ying League became irreconcilable rivals. This film is based on Joe Kelly's cartoon "Why American-style Justice and Truth are so ridiculous (What's So Funny About Truth, Justice and the American Way?)" published in 2001.
