Sydney (Amanda Bynes Amanda Bynes)'s mother died when she was very young, and this year she entered her mother's university, the University of the South Pacific, in order to find her mother's footsteps. Sydney, a freshman, applied to join her sorority as soon as she entered school, but she soon discovered that the sorority was full of rich blonde girls, with a girl named Rachel (Sarah Paxton Sara Paxton) in charge.
