Paris police officer Sylvain (Frank Garth Don Peter) was transferred to the Marseille Community Police Station for being too radical in carrying out his mission. On his first day in office, he encountered an Italian supercar gang robbing jewelry. The robbers drove a Ferrari with a wind-blowing electric switch, making Sylvan and the police officers, who "each had their own unique skills","far behind" and making a fool of themselves. Just as Sylvan is at his wits 'end, he meets the honest and reckless taxi driver Eddie (Malik Banzera). The two had no tacit understanding, but they had to work together to arrest the suspect.
